By accessing, browsing, or using the website conipi.com and any associated services, features, or content (collectively the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Conipi ("we", "us", "our").
Conipi is a personal daily wellness assistant that provides users with personalized guidance and habit-building tools across four pillars of wellbeing: food/nutrition, hydration, physical movement, and interpersonal relationships.

Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or professional treatment. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or lifestyle, particularly if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are used for fraudulent purposes.
The Service offers the following subscription plans (prices in USD, inclusive of applicable taxes where required):
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.
By subscribing, you authorize Conipi (via Stripe, Inc.) to charge your designated payment method for the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing period.
Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive a reminder email before renewal. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before your renewal date.
How to cancel: You may cancel at any time by emailing support@conipi.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not prorate unused time for mid-period cancellations.
To request a refund, email support@conipi.com with your order details within the applicable window. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Payments are handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
In cases of payment failure, we may retry the charge and notify you by email. Continued failure may result in suspension of your subscription.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT:

All content, features, design, code, logos, text, graphics, and functionality of the Service ("Content") are owned by or licensed to Conipi and are protected by EU and international intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written consent.
If the Service allows you to submit content (e.g., journal entries, goals), you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell or share your personal content.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Conipi, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Our total aggregate liability to you for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Conipi and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable EU regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia, specifically the courts of the city of Riga, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
For EU consumers: you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email (for registered users) and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the effective date.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Conipi regarding the Service, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
